In the summer i decided to get some highlights for the first time. I heard a lot of people telling me that as soon as you get highlights you need to look after your hair. So after a summer of heat from the sun, curling irons, highlight and just a lot of damage i decided to finally invest in some conditioning hair treatments and I've fallen in love with them already!!
A lot of friends recommend to me the Sheer Blonde collection from John Frieda. I must say i was impressed from using the shampoo, conditioner and a hair treatment my hair is much more easier to handle when its wet - tangles less - its softer, shiny and less fizzy. The hair treatment is amazing! Its a gorgeous think deep conditioner, which you leave in for 15 minutes once a week. After i use it my hair feel like velvet its so soft to touch and i can defiantly tell when i stop using it! This is priced at £5.99.
My last little hair miracle is the Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance. This is a 'lightweight conditioning spray, which is amazing for weak and distressed hair' and it really is! I love spraying this on my hair after i blow dry it just to calm down any frizziness that may have accrued before styling. I also love to spray this just though my ends the day after I've washed it. This just keeps my hair feel soft up to when i wash it and shiny! it is very very lightweight on the hair like it claims and i absolute love this and wished id found it earlier!! This is priced at £4.99 which is even better!!
I would recommend these two products to anyone who has dry,coloured, damaged hair or if you just want softer fizz free hair. You can find both products at Boot or Super drug.
